Job Description
Assist in the delivery of major CCE enhancement projects as part of the CCE’s strategic
plans e.g., CLRP, etc. This role will also support the Capital Investment Department in the
delivery of projects which involve alterations to the operational railway (i.e., DART+,
Glounthaune, Athenry, Galway, Limerick, etc..)

• Assist with project delivery in accordance with the established Safety Management
System.

• To procure plant, materials and resources for the delivery of the work packages

Requirements
KEY QUALITIES:
ESSENTIAL:
• An Engineering, Construction or Project Management degree or equivalent.
• Member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland or other relevant professional
body.

• Safety knowledge/focus appropriate to the role and purpose of the position.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• A full driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience appropriate to the role and purpose of the position
DESIRABLE:
• A good working knowledge of SAP.
• A working knowledge of railway/track construction
• Demonstrable understanding of surveying/machine control.
