Adaptive
HVM are recruiting for the position of Field Service Lead Technician based at our client’s site in
Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading
a team for the installation and support of the Yarbrough
Watlow Heating Solutions (YWHS) product line at the customer site. With this opportunity, you
will be at the forefront of tool installation in the semiconductor
industry. You will learn and assist
in the product installation and startup while growing your skillset for
troubleshooting any challenges in the install process. You will be working in a
highly collaborative team environment. As part of the

Key
Responsibilities:
· Following instructions of Site Lead regarding
work for the day/week
· Lead a team of operator technicians
· Safety compliance
- Following guidelines and instruction
for installation per Standard Process - Ability to troubleshoot basic
electrical issues - Participating in practical problem
solving & heat related issues - Handling equipment used during
installation process - Performing minor maintenance of
Heater Systems - Assisting in developing
documentation to standardize processes - Heat Tracing of Process lines
- Wiring & Running Wire, Insulation
and Installation
· Ability to use a computer and have
working knowledge of Microsoft systems
Required Qualifications:
- High School/GED
- Minimum 4-5 years of technical
related experience - Mechanical equipment assembly preferred
- Sub Fab/Fab environment experience preferred
· Ability to work at heights up to 30
feet either on or off a ladder
· Ability
to work in tight or confined spaces for extended amount of time
· Ability
to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours a day
· OSHA 10 certification (required for
our positions, but can attain online)
