Job Description

Key responsibilities Working with the HR Manager to:
• Assist with recruitment campaigns
• Assist with onboarding and induction
• Review and develop HR policies and processes
• Assist with managing the TMS
• Assist with the development of a new HRIS
• Assist in the preparation of HR internal audits
• Assist in the setting up and recording of training programmes
• Assist with the maintenance of PMDS
• Assist with HR procurement
• Develop and maintain systems for managing organisational files and records
• Assist with developing HR toolkits
