Job Description

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• You will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the delivery of a broad range of projects
within the ICT function while partnering with the business to ensure that business benefits are realized


• You will ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.


• Responsible for project tracking, monitoring, control, and success from concept to delivery into the
production environment.


• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects


• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility


• Develop / Manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress


• Track and report on project performance including scope, budget, and schedule


• Ensure resource availability and allocation


• Manage the project budget reporting actuals vs forecasts monthly


• Highlight budget performance plus variances at weekly status updates and to project sponsors


• Establish project governance setup at project initiation


• Report and escalate to management as needed


• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation per the ICT PMO standartized process


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification
techniques


• Perform risk management to ensure risks are documented and stakeholders are informed


• Strong ability to work at a detailed level whilst being able to extract the appropriate level of information for senior
management consumption


Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years project management experience delivering IT projects through the entire project
lifecycle
• Project Management Qualifications e.g. Prince2 or PMI
• Proven experience delivering IT Technical projects in a complex environment
• Budgetary management experience in excess of €5m
• Knowledge of managing through a stage gate process
