Job Description

• Develops plan of care that is
  individualized for the adult or elderly patient reflecting collaboration with
  other members of the healthcare team
  
• Work together with healthcare team and coordinating their
  activities when necessary, enabling the objectives to be achieved
  
• Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by the
  physician in an accurate and timely manner
  
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions for the adult
  or elderly patient
  
• Systematization of nursing care with evaluation and
  completion of care protocols
  
• Check drugs of high vigilance and complexity
  
• Close monitoring of critically ill patient
• Provide vital signs control
  
• Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care plan based on patient condition
  
• Administering of Medications as prescribed by the doctor
  
• Provide support to patient and family at all times
• Make ethic decisions in different complex levels and
  situations, assess and evaluate the results
  
• Work under HIQA standards
  

Requirements

• NMBI Registered
  
• At least two years’ experience in critical care
